INGREDIENTES:

WATER, WHITE MUSHROOM, TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN, SOY SAUCE (WATER, SALT, SOYBEANS, SUGAR), DRIED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM, CANOLA OIL, GELLAN GUM, METHYLCELLULOSE, GARLIC POWDER, NUTRITIONAL YEAST, CARAMEL COLOR. Contains Soy.

Pan

Heat pan previously oiled. Add frozen fungi balls and cook for 10 minutes, medium heat, turning meat balls after 5 minutes until desired golden texture.

Oven

Preheat oven at 180°C. Oil baking dish or oven tray and spread frozen fungi balls evenly. Cook for 10 minutes turning fungi balls after 5 minutes until desired golden texture.

Microwave

Use a safe microwave dish, spread frozen fungi balls evenly, cook for 3 minutes at maximum heat. Enjoy!!
