Ingredients:

WATER, WHITE MUSHROOM, DRIED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM, TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN, SOY SAUCE (WATER, SALT, SOYBEANS, SUGAR), CANOLA OIL, GELLAN GUM, METHYLCELLULOSE, GARLIC POWDER, NUTRITIONAL YEAST, CARAMEL COLOR. CONTAINS SOY.

Barbecue

Cook for 4 minutes per side, high heat.

Frying Pan

Heat pan with oil and cook at medium heat for 3 minutes per side until desired golden texture.

Oven

Preheat oven at 180°C. Use baking dish or oven tray, cook 4-5 minutes per side, until desired golden texture.
